Metamako is now Arista!
Following the acquisition of Metamako by Arista Networks, we have been working hard to integrate the Metamako support services into Arista. As an Arista 7130 device owner, you are now able to leverage the global Arista TAC support network 24x7 through phone or email for any queries and support needs. To make the transition as smooth as possible, you are currently able to log in using either your Arista or your existing Metamako login to access 7130 support.
We are consolidating the way you access Metamako product support with Arista TAC support services.
Beginning June 1st 2019 you will be required to use Arista login credentials to access support for your Metamako product.
In preparation for support consolidation, please make sure you have registered for an Arista account. With a valid Arista login you will continue to have access to support, software downloads and the 7130 Knowledge Base in EOS Central.
